Pull every LID↔PN pair out of already-parsed group/community metadata. Pure and null-safe, so it also works on cached/offline metadata. The socket feeds the result into the signal LID mapping store on every groupMetadata() / groupFetchAllParticipating() / communityMetadata() call.
